my phone cant send txt messages yesterday first time it happened, so i decided to restart the phone. but lo and behold, it did not. just stuck at the blackberry text. tried power cycle. no go. tried removing the battery and after returning it, device just turned on on its own without me pressing the button. but still stuck at the blackberry text on black background. tried using the power cable

I held down the up and down volume key and pressed the top button to restart the phone while plugged into the computer and you see the Red light blink one as if trying to boot up but nothing happens.
